Hi, I’m Laura! I started practicing yoga in 2005 after a lifetime of dancing. And instantly began to enjoy the workout, sweat, and focus.
I love Laura's vinyasa yoga classes! Sessions are a good mix of challenging and relaxing. We try new poses every time, and my body feels stronger and rejuvenated. I also appreciate the one on one attention from the small class sizes, and they're also very affordable. Thanks, Laura!
I have been practicing with Laura for almost 8 months. I love yoga but it's always hard for me to commit due to busy scheduling and general procrastination. What I love about Laura is her approachable, down-to-earth personality. I could be having one of my most flexible days and performing the best in the class, or I could be having a horrible day full of emotional duress and Laura remains patient and reactive to the needs of not only me, but of her other students as well. Aside from the welcoming space Laura provides at every single class she teaches, I cannot believe the transformation my body has undergone during my time with Laura. I have abs now! My butt has never looked this good! I can plank like no one's business! Who would have thought yoga is not only great for the mind, but totally transformative for the body as well :) I LOVE LOVE LOVE Laura and will always highly recommend her to anyone searching for an amazing total body and mind workout in the safest space imaginable.
